I am interested in other Ephox editors. Which one should I buy?
Ephox are the makers of several online editors including TinyMCE Community, TinyMCE Enterprise, EditLive! and Textbox.io. It is possible to be entitled to all or some of our products with your license of Textbox.io for no additional charge. Please contact us to discuss your specific requirements. What happened to the beta Cloud API?
The beta Textbox.io Cloud API was deprecated in June, 2016. For more information about this read our announcement here.
I bought Textbox.io Cloud, how do I update my billing details or cancel my account?
You can update your billing details by visiting https://ephoxproducts.recurly.com.
- Click the “Create an account” link.
- Specify the email address you used when signing up for a Textbox.io SDK subscription.
- An email will be sent through to validate your request.
- Clicking the link in the email will provide you with a UI for specifying the password for your account-management profile.
- After specifying an password, you can now login to https://ephoxproducts.recurly.com and update your billing details or cancel your subscription.
